How to start a return
Email us at support@serenpilates.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. We'll send a prepaid shipping label and arrange pickup or drop-off. You don't need the original packaging to be perfect — just let us know and we'll guide you.
When you'll get your refund
Once your reformer is on its way back to us, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after the return is received, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Prefer a different upholstery color instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange within your 60-day window — just reach out and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or defective items
If your reformer arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. This is separate from — and in addition to — your 60-day guarantee.
