Every Studio Reformer is handcrafted to order and shipped free, straight to your door. Here's exactly what to expect after you place your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Shipping is always free — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no surprise freight or handling fees.
When your reformer ships
Because each Studio Reformer is made to order rather than mass-produced, it typically ships within 25 business days of your purchase. The moment it ships, we'll email you tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery
Your reformer arrives 90% pre-assembled in secure, protective packaging. Most customers are on the reformer the same day it arrives — minimal setup, all tools included. Open footprint is about 88" × 24" (roughly the size of a couch); it folds to 48" × 24" and rolls on wheels for easy storage.

Damaged in transit
We package every reformer carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement part or a full replacement, at no cost to you.
