Our products & pricing
We do our best to describe the Studio Reformer and display pricing accurately. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time, and occasionally an item may be listed with an error — if that happens, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will notify you before charging you.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you confirm the payment method is yours and authorized. We accept major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment-plan options such as Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Credit are provided by those third parties and subject to their terms and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Shipping, returns & guarantee
Delivery timing is covered in our Shipping Policy, and every order is backed by the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in our Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.

You agree to use serenpilates.com lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other visitors' use. All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Seren name — belongs to Seren and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Health & safety
Our products support movement and wellness but are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program, and follow all setup and usage instructions included with your reformer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seren is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
